As we acknowledge a better health encompasses the physical dimension but also our mental and social well being. On the other hand physical success does not encompass on ones’ profession, talents and or historical background only but that should start on a better mindset.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We normally workout to transform fixed mindset to growing mindset. Fixed-mindse<\/strong>t\u00a0people tend to pass out a chance to learn and they feel labeled by a failure, and get discouraged when something requires significant effort. Growing mindset<\/strong>\u00a0people make sure they take on challenges and learn from failures. This is only possible if Attitudes, Beliefs, Feelings, Thoughts, Habits and Characters are dealt out and get fixed. Extended Impression stands out to restore people\u2019s mindsets from being fixed to growing in every area of life – (Holistic approach). A simple research has been conducted in our empowerment programs in several communities and we came to understand that people do not believe on themselves if they can be that change they need instead, they always think they are under pressure of life and all its troubles and unlucky in life while looking at other successful and have better life out of same environment they live. We take this as a mindset failure to function well and therefore we advantageously take this a a gap to work for better life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
